A Festive Day of Creativity & Digital Learning at Beyond Fun!
On Monday, Beyond Fun was packed with colour, creativity, learning, and festive joy!
We kicked off the morning with a lively Art and Craft Day, filling the centre with excitement and Christmas spirit. Tables were covered in craft paper, ribbons, paints, markers, and sparkles, the perfect recipe for seasonal magic.
Everyone took part in their own way. Some created beautiful, Christmas-themed designs; others crafted small decorations, ornaments, and festive pieces to brighten up the season.
The energy in the room was warm and joyful, with participants sharing ideas, laughing together, and proudly showing off their finished creations. It was a wonderful reminder of how much joy comes from making something with your own hands.
After a relaxed lunch break, the afternoon shifted into something just as valuable, a computer learning session. Participants explored online shopping and grocery shopping, learning how to search for items, compare prices, add products to a cart, and navigate checkout.
This lesson not only built essential digital literacy skills but also boosted confidence in using technology for everyday tasks.
