Christmas Strawberry Lamington Wreath Fun at Beyond Fun!
Our kitchen was fully in the holiday spirit as everyone joined in to create a delicious Christmas strawberry lamington wreath filled with berry cream. From coating sponge pieces in chocolate and coconut to carefully assembling the wreath and piping the creamy filling, each participant took part in every stage of the process.
It was wonderful watching the group collaborate, follow instructions, practice fine motor skills, and support one another as the wreath slowly came together. The activity encouraged independence, teamwork, and creativity, all while having lots of festive fun.
The final result looked as amazing as it tasted, and everyone felt proud of what they created together. Sessions like these show how hands-on cooking experiences build confidence, develop everyday skills, and create beautiful shared moments of connection.
