Happy Monday from Beyond Fun! Today, we dove into the heart of NAIDOC Week with a painting session that sparked imagination, storytelling, and celebration. Each participant had the opportunity to express themselves through art, creating works inspired by the values and themes of NAIDOC Week, including connection to Country, culture, and community.
From bold brushstrokes to intricate patterns, the room was alive with colour and creativity. King Richard stood proudly beside his masterpiece, radiating joy and pride in his beautiful artwork. Every participant brought something special to the table, and the result was a gallery of unique pieces, each reflecting personal interpretations of identity and celebration.
Art has the power to unite, heal, and honour, and today’s session was a meaningful reminder of that, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their spirit and energy.
