Bubbles, Hats, and Pizza Dough: A Day of Creativity at Beyond Fun!

Today at the Beyond Fun Centre, imagination and focus came together in the most joyful ways!

Addison got into the Halloween spirit, crafting his very own festive hat filled with personality and charm. Meanwhile, Fran introduced Addison and Shreya to a new art technique, paint bubble art! Using bubbles, colour, and patience, the duo created beautiful, abstract patterns that danced across the paper.

It wasn’t just about colour, it was an exercise in focus and mindfulness. As our participants watched the bubbles form and burst, they practised patience and precision, transforming play into an artful learning experience.

To round off the day, Shreya joined Fran in the kitchen to prepare pizza dough for tomorrow’s cooking session. From measuring ingredients to kneading with care, it was teamwork in action, a perfect mix of skill-building and fun!

With soft, mindful music in the background, everyone ended the day feeling calm, creative, and (as Fran joked) “relatively zen!

At Beyond Fun, it’s these small, colourful moments that help participants explore creativity, collaboration, and confidence, one bubble, one brushstroke, and one dough ball at a time.
