Planting the Seeds of Change: Our First Step at Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections!
This week, Shreya and Michelle joined Jeff for an exciting adventure: visiting one of the garden spaces at Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections. This community hub has generously allowed us to bring a touch of nature and beauty to their backyard.
Our first task? Rolling up our sleeves and tackling the weeds! The girls spent a couple of hours clearing, cleaning, and mapping out plans for what was to come next. From deciding where to plant flowers to imagining where greenery can create the perfect relaxing corners, it was a fun and inspiring day.
But this project is about more than just plants. It’s about giving back to the community, creating a serene environment for everyone who uses the centre, and learning practical gardening skills along the way.
