Brewing Change, One Cup at a Time – Beyond Fun’s Biggest Morning Tea 2025.
Last Thursday, Beyond Fun Centre proudly hosted The Cancer Council Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea – and what a heartwarming and energising day it turned out to be!
What started as a humble goal to raise $500 quickly turned into a powerful moment of community-driven impact, with a final fundraising total of $1,156. That’s more than double our target, and every cent is going towards supporting cancer research and vital support services.
From the first pour of tea to the last bite of cake, the energy was contagious. The room buzzed with:
Endless cups of tea and coffee
A feast of sweet and savoury delights
Inspiring conversations and new connections
Genuine generosity and support
This event reminded us why we do what we do at Beyond Fun – bringing people together to connect, care, and make a difference.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible co-hosts and collaborators who helped bring the event to life, including:
Everyday Independence, APM, MyIntegra, Better Plan, Connect Community and Respite Services, Residence Revival, Autism Community Network, and so many more – your presence made all the difference. 💙
We were also joined by an amazing lineup of providers whose presence added warmth, value, and vibrancy to the day – from Sunnyhaven Ltd and Wesley Mission to Hireup and Plan Partners, among others. The sense of collaboration was inspiring.
For those who couldn’t join us in person, your spirit was felt, and your support still matters. Together, we’re creating change – one cup at a time.
