Our crew rolled up their sleeves and got creative with a refreshingly simple recipe: lemonade scones. Just three main ingredients, cream, self-raising flour, and fizzy lemonade, were enough to turn an ordinary afternoon into a delightful baking bonanza.
Sticky fingers, giggles, and floury faces were everywhere as we mixed, shaped, and watched our scones rise to golden perfection in the oven. The sweet citrus scent made it hard to wait, but once they cooled, we served them warm with lashings of jam and whipped cream. Yum!
