Brewing Fun: Creating Storms in Jars!
Our mad scientist adventure began with simple household items: water, shaving cream, and food colouring. We carefully poured water into glass jars, added a fluffy layer of shaving cream on top to mimic clouds, and then dripped blue and grey food colouring to simulate rain and storm clouds. With a dash of imagination and a few scientific explanations, we watched as our jars turned into miniature thunderstorms right before our eyes!
Richard, Michelle, and Sam couldn't contain their excitement as they observed the swirling colours and learned about the science behind each element of the storm. From evaporation to condensation and the release of energy, every step was a hands-on lesson in meteorology.
Whether you're a curious kid or a kid at heart, brewing your storm in a jar is a thrilling way to explore nature's wonders. So gather your materials, unleash your inner scientist, and let the storm brewing begin!
