There’s something magical about BBQ Fridays: the scent of spices in the air, laughter all around, and the sound of skewers sizzling over hot coals. This week, the Friday crew brought the fire with a bold and tasty twist: Chicken Tikka Masala Skewers straight off the BBQ!
Marinated in rich yogurt and tikka spices, our chicken chunks were tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. Skewered with peppers and onions, then grilled to perfection, they had just the right amount of char and smoky depth to keep everyone coming back for more.
But it wasn’t just about the food. There was a full-on festive vibe, complete with music, banter, and everyone pitching in, from flipping skewers to plating up fresh salads and garlic naan on the side.
These skewers? Absolute winners.
