Today at Beyond Fun was packed with festive magic. Alex and Richard built an awesome gingerbread house, jumped into the Thomas Train program, and “King Richard” proudly showed off his Christmas gifts with the biggest grin!

Michelle’s 1:1 community day was full of smiles, confidence, and fun. The best part? We’re just getting started!

Yesterday at Beyond Fun, we focused on creative exploration, making glass-tile mosaic drink coasters, practical, handmade pieces that will add a personal touch to our New Year celebrations. Through teamwork and individual expression, each creation reflected effort and pride.

Today was a big win for patience and creativity at Beyond Fun as everyone built gingerbread cottages from scratch! From careful listening to steady piping (and plenty of self-control around the lollies!), our participants created festive masterpieces to wrap up and take home for their families. After lunch, the fun continued with brilliant acting, laughter, confidence, and Christmas spirit all in one day!

Our Christmas Lunch was pure festive joy: treats, Christmas crackers, karaoke, dancing, and nonstop smiles. One participant delivered a heartfelt speech that brought everyone together.

Today’s Wednesday cooking session at Beyond Fun was full of colour, flavour, and teamwork as participants prepared a fresh and delicious Thai chicken salad together.

Our in-house art day was filled with creativity, patience, and festive spirit as everyone explored their own projects. Activities like pop-up Christmas cards, canvas painting, LEGO builds, and scratch art encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and self-expression, making the day a valuable opportunity for skill-building and personal growth.

Today’s cooking class at Beyond Fun spotlighted Chicken Spin Rolls! Everyone participated, followed each instruction together, honed new techniques, and shared lots of laughter after cooking.

Shreya spent the day creating vibrant neon Christmas sketches and paintings, exploring bold colours and new ideas that gave her artwork a beautiful festive glow.

From baking Tres Leches milk cake to festive van fun, dancing, and painting, today, Wednesday, at Beyond Fun was filled with creativity, teamwork, and joyful expression.

A perfect day of adventure took us to Royal National Park and Bonnie Vale Campground, where our participants soaked up sunshine, splashed in Port Hacking, collected seashells, and enjoyed a classic sausage sizzle by the sand.

The kitchen was full of energy as everyone worked together to make delicious grilled chicken burgers from scratch, learning new skills and enjoying every step of the process.

Alex, Anabel, Adison, and Shreya had a fantastic time playing basketball and engaging in fun physical games, building skills, confidence, and lots of smiles along the way.

Festive baking, creamy fillings, and plenty of teamwork! Our participants came together to create a beautiful Christmas strawberry lamington wreath, building skills, confidence, and holiday joy every step of the way.

Today at Beyond Fun, creativity and nature came together as everyone enjoyed a festive canvas painting session followed by gentle gardening outdoors. With bright colours, festive designs, and peaceful moments tending to the garden, it was a beautifully balanced day of artistic expression and mindful activity, especially shared with the joyful energy of Richard and Shreya.

Today’s session at the Beyond Fun Garden was filled with sunshine, music, and festive creativity as Shreya and Addison enjoyed a peaceful morning outdoors. Addison proudly created his very own Christmas wreath, while Shreya brought the garden to life with her joyful energy and songs.

Today at Beyond Fun, our participants cooked delicious garlic-and-cheese puff pastry sticks, learning new cooking skills while enjoying teamwork and creativity. After the tasty session, everyone headed out for a refreshing visit to the Casula Powerhouse, making it a day full of flavour, fun, and joyful experiences.

Our Beyond Fun participants enjoyed a joyful outdoor adventure at Billong Parklands, filled with laughter, teamwork, and meaningful moments in nature. From exploring open spaces to sharing fun activities, it was a day that truly celebrated connection and community.

We couldn’t wait for December, so Christmas arrived early at Beyond Fun! With teamwork, creativity, and lots of laughter, our participants transformed the centre into a festive wonderland filled with snowflakes, sparkle, and a giant Christmas lolly jar!

Today at Beyond Fun, our participants explored new flavours and skills as they prepared delicious chicken stir-fry noodles. Melanie and Gunjan teamed up in the kitchen, creating a colourful, tasty dish and enjoying every moment of cooking and sharing their meal.
